If you order your furry friend online and choose the delivery by courier, parcel machine or pick up from store, you will receive the ready stuffed toy with a soft heart inside and a blank birth certificate for your new furry friend which you can fill out by yourself. If you also order clothes, they will be packed separately, so you can dress up your furry friend yourself once you receive it. You can also personalize your furry friend by choosing the scent and\/or sound for the toy. We recommend adding not more than 4 scents and\/or sounds. You can also purchase a beautiful giftbox and\/or toy carrier bag to carry your new plush friend around. An adorable lightweight, easy to carry cardboard giftbox is a perfect home for your bear and for storing accessories. You can also use Click and Collect feature on this page to make sure, that item is booked for you for 24h.
